flag daydid flag day today for this orgn called
realm of tranquility. cos my mum is rather active as a volunteer, so i decided to help out...
i actually enjoy selling flags... cos you get to see weird ppl doing weird things, thinking that you wun ever realise? haha, tt's really funny.
ppl just love to pretend that they did not see us, and try to avoid us, but irritating me just love to go right up to them, smile and ask them to donate. HAHA. and some of them do freak out. HAHA.
i nv sold flags for sooooooooooooooo long before. and i almost died doing it. ok, i was exaggerating. but i was dead tired at the end of the day and the sun was scorching hot. i was in the shelter most of the time, yet, my nose got burnt. haha! such minimal exposure to sun got me burnt. so u can imagine how hot it was.
some poly students from sp were supposed to sell flags too, to earn cip hours for their character development module. as much as i like their cheekiness, i do not like their attitude. at the end of the day, the came back with horribly dented tins and they still have the cheek to tell us to use tins with better material next time. on top of that, their tin was not even 1/3 filled. thank goodness there was still one or two more responsible guys in the group who came back with much heavier tins, of the original shape. one of them followed my dad's car to bugis cos he satys in the east, so i tried to find out from him what exactly did those imps do.
those IDIOTS actually threw the tins onto the ground and tried to crush them. wth?! damn nonsense isnt it? they were actually thick skinned enough to laugh abt it when i was with my mum collecting the tins from them. they are worse off than those student who took the tins and queue up for doughnuts. *roll eyes*
anyways we went back to the office to help to sort out the coins.. and now my palm smells smells of coins..................
i miss hk & tw terribly.......... i so wanna go back there again! eat & shop, eat & shop & grow FAT!

* terribly disgusted with some stuff........... and i dun like to be taken for granted. maybe u shd stop acting like u know me damn well, simply becos u dun.
* i cant seem to feel it anymore ever since i'm back. =(
